Bert Monroe
Yesterday was the Anniversary of the death of Bert Monroe who inspired the film "Worlds Fastest Indian" staring Anthony Hopkins. Munroe was a land speed record holder on his home built "Munroe Special". See link for more info http://motorcyclemuseum.org/halloffame/detail.aspx?RacerID=381
